Are you an empath? Then this is for you! You feel your own emotions, both positve and negtive, in a deeper way. When you are happy, you are really, really in heaven and whenyou are sasd you are in a very low vibratin. The point is that you feel even the emotions of others. Yes, you are that kind of person that feels the energies around people, this is such an amazing gift! You know immediately what a person is feeling, what is it's mental and emotional state even just a look at them is enough to know exactly what they are thinking. Having the possibility to connect with someone in a deeper way is something that truly gives space to relationships on an higher level. Sometimes this can be a cruse because if we don't manage appropiately this capacity we may start to feel emotions, expecially negative ones, of other beings experiencing them as our own without even realizing it! This is an explosive mix becuse we can't even be aware of what we are feeling in the present moment, we can't distinguish between what is ours and what isn't. If you feel compassion for beings that are in trouble, if you feel that urge to help them, then you are an empath. Most of us have difficulty saying a firm NO, because we have the insane tendency to please people, in other words we don't want to hurt them, which is good but this becomes a self-destructive behavior when we put others before us. We spend compleately our energy in order to help but we forget to realize that we must be the first being on the list of those that we love! We have no problem to give but we have great difficulty to recive. Sometimes we feel spacy and too much in our minds insted of living in our body awareness. We can manage to be in a crowdy environment for a shot time. Empathy is truly a gift not a sign of weakness and not for a selected few, everyone is an empath to some degree. It is what allows connection between beings, the link between us. How do we master this? How do we get past the point of exhaustion? Well, we have to learn how to manage our own enegy.
Tip one. Ground yourself. This is fundamental for your health on all levels. Grounding allows you to be connected with the magnetic enegy of the Earth. No wonder that we are always walking on thick rubber soles on many centimeters of asphalt, they don't want you to be grounded but confused. There are a lot of ways to do this: walking barefoot on the grass or on the sand. Smelling flowers, even absorbing sunlight for a while. One of the most powerful in my opinion is to touch a tree for a few minutes and just relax, feeling the connection. You can even use visualization, see your Root chakra as a brilliant red ball expanding, growing bigger and bigger. See your kundaliny going out of it and deep into the soil, spreading like tree roots. When you are grounded you live fully into your body awareness and not floating in your head! Tip two. Put yourself first. Realize that you have to give first to yourself in order to help others. If you don't take care of yourself, if you don't have the energy necessry to do what you came here to do, how can you pretend to do something for someonelse? Reciving is beautiful as much as giving, indeed they are the same. Reciving is giving to yourself! Tip three. You are not here to live up to other people expectations. Do your own thing, the rest will follow. If you are spending your life doing something in order to please others, stop it! This lowers your vibration and your mood. Instead focus on you, do what you really want to do what brings you enthusiasm, joy and fun. This is why you have to learn to say NO. If we always say yes even when we mean no, we will always finish to do what we don't like in order to please someone. That is a good way to depleate your energy. Learn that you can't like to everyone, and if someone is not resonating with you, then it's time to leave that space. Tip four. Let go. Choose the people you vibrate with. If you are around someone that is negative, you will surely experience that in your aura. You will feel sad, exhaust, tired which is the consequence of you absorbing other people energy without having awareness of it. Let go, without judgement and with forgiveness of the toxic relationships you have. Remember that no one can be in your field without your invitation, your permission. If someone wants to take you where you don't want to go... just say NO! Accept that taking on you other people pain is not a good way to help them. An empath knows that can handle a great amount of emotional pain, when he/she is around someone that is suffering something activtes in theyr subconscious. "I am stronger than you, give your garbage i can handle it!" In this way you will only hurt yourself. Try, instead, to be supportive toward the other being, you can help without your energy being compromised. Tip five. Cut your cords. I have done a post about this where you can find an affirmation that suits perfectly with this. Tip six. Energy shield. Visualize yourself in a bubble of light, litterally a shield, surronding you from head to toe, 360 degree! See it growing and glowing around your being, assuming the shape of a shpere of light. Do this for a few minutes. You can even ask your Higher Self and your Spiritual Guides to help you with this to make it stronger. Remember: the universe is mental in nature, your thoughts create your reality and you are immersed in every moment in a pool of infinite energy which can be shaped with your consciousness. The more you are aware of this, and the more you believe in what you are doing, the more powerful the result of the visualization. Do not do this from a vibration of fear: "someone has power over me, can deplete my energy i have to defend it with a shield of light!" No! You are simply owining your space, you are saying "This space is mine! Here are allowed only positive vibes and anything less than love can not enter!" Tip seven. Close your chakra. Expecially when you are in the middle of a crowd or with someone you don't connect with, learn to close your energy centers. A strong intent is enough: start from the root and go up to the crown intending that you want to close each chakra one by one. For optimal results try this simple visualization: visualize each chakra as a little candle with it's corresponding color, so for the root you will see a red candle, for the sacral orange, yellow for the solar plexus, green for the heart, blue for the throat, indigo for the third eye and violet for the crown. Blow on the candle and see it turning off, leaving a trail of smoke. This way your energy system is locked and you don't absorbe emotions that are not yours. Tip eight. Spend time alone. In other words recharge your battery periodically! Spending time alone in meditation or even contempling allows you to know better your energy, which is fundamental if you want to master it and if you want to know when stuff is yours and when is not. Meditation is an amazing way to connect all our bodyes: mental, emotional, physical, etheric. Going out into nature has an immediate effect: you feel relaxed, your aura expands and opens. Tip nine. Own your energy. Your words are power, they are spells, litterally! If you are aware that you absorbed energy that is not yours, even if you only suspect it, intend that you don't want it in your field. Say out loud " I own my enegy, all the energy that i have absorbed from other beings is now returned to them from my God-Self to theyr God-self!" Tip ten. Clean your energy. There are many ways to do this. Smudging is one of the best and it has been used for centuries in all the cultures of the world. Pick some dried sage and burn it, let it clean your room and yourself. This has a therapeutic effect and litterally sends away all negtive energyes. Unless you live near the ocean, you want to tak some baths with salt. This works exactly like smudging, in addition it grounds yourself. Tip elevn. Breathe. When you feel confused or anxious focus on your breath. This is an active meditation that you can do whenever you wand, wherever you are. Maby in the beginning it can resoult a bit challenging but after a while you will be able to do it as you perform your everyday tasks. You can even take 5 minutes when you feel overwelmed to breathe in very slowly, for a count of four. Then hold the breath for other four seconds. As you breathe out you allow all the garbage, the emotional disorder, the mind chatter to leave you. Drop it! Do this a few times and you will be centered again in your being. Visualization, as always is an amazing tool. You can visualize pure, bright white diamond light entering your organism as you breath in. When you breath out, see all the negativiti in the form of a black flow, like smoke or a little cloud, leaving your sistem. Repeat this exercise untill you feel renewed. Empathy is truly a blessing and the first step is to accept it as a gift not as a cruse. Feeling alive is beautiful, developing a deep connection with yourself and with others is the best thing you can work on. Remember, if you complain you will only enter a downward spiral but if you decide to take responsability for your energy and for yourself you can learn to live happy with this part of you. What is an etheric cord of attachment? First of all lets see why and how they are formed. When we have a strong emotional attachment, meaning that it leads to possesion or jelaousy toward another being or even to objects, thoughts and beliefes an etheric cord is formed. We can even not be aware of it, but is't there and it's damaging us. Indeed it acts like a tube that litterally sucks away our energy giving it to what we are attached to. The greatest trick that you can play to yourself, and be careful because you are led to believe, think and act as if this is true, is that someone/something can control you! People are allowing money to control theyr life, others are ruled by past attachments. There is no authority over yourself neither your parents, your boss, your husband or wife have control over your energy and therefore over you! Not even any politician or religious figure! You choose to believe that someone can control your life and that is a dangerouse thought.
It is important to notice that cords can even be positive if the are formed from a place of love, equal sharing, without conditions.
Be careful because if you feel extreme fatigue, tiredness, if you feel drained or powerless you may have one ore more etheric cords attached to your auric field. Begin to ask yourself if you have an attachment of any kind toward what has been desctibed. Call the Archangel Michael and ask him to cut your cords, he is the Archangel assagned to this job, among many others, that is why he is portrayed with a sword. You will feel immediatly a change in your energy; it is important that you are willing to undergo the process without resistence. If you resist, the cord will form itself again and not even an Archangel has power over your free will! You can choose to let go or not. For those of us that have difficulty to simply trust the process i have learned this affirmation that now i bring to you. Repeat this out loud for three times a day for a week and the cords will be dissolved. Enjoy!

hat is right and what is wrong? Is there a right and is there a wrong, anyway? Let's take a step back. In this world of duality we can understand things because we have an opposite for comparison. We know what love is because we know what fear is, we understand peace because we know what war is. Light and darkness, black and white, are only faces of the same coin, without one of them we couldn't understand the wholeness of ourselves and life. From the sublime dimension we all came from, the absolute realm, the ultimate dimension, everything simply is. Love is (unconditional). I am. You are. We can say that there we know eveything but only conceptually. We know that we are all that exists and that we are love but we need some kind of experience to understand this. It's like this: you know that you are a good person, but in order to be a good person, you need to do something so that you gain consciousness of yourself as a good person. If you don't do something, than you only have an idea of yourself. Same is for you, God. You come here in order to remember who you really are, that you are this whole universe and that there is no sepration whatsoever and you use this polarity game, the good and evil, as you play the game called life for a while. Yes, it is not simple to come to this understanding, you need lifetimes to experience yourself fully as who you really are. I say this is the right one! If we see the game of life from an higher perspective, we surely can recognize that everything happens for a reason, in a scheme that is, at this point, beyond our understanding. In other words everything is in divine order and you know nothing! Or you wouldn't be where you are, right? This is not intended to diminish anyone, you know a little of the whole and you know for certian that is true because you experienced that. If we know nothing, than what is the point of judging? Judging is an act that comes from a very limited prspective, the duality. It is what happens when we look at one of the two faces of the same coin, thinking that what we are looking is all that exists. We confuse a part of the whole for the whole itself. It is what happens when we play the separation game, which is your favourite game, what you are playing while you are reading this words! But since you are a conscious, loving, intelligent being and you are aware of the interconnection and onness of all life, you are now playing the game of life, the game of God, from a different point of view. You don't need old patterns and habits, like judgement, anymore. you don't need to feel more or less than someone else. Keep this in mind: all the beings on the planet and in the universe, are where they are for a reason. They choose a particular path, before theyr current incarnation, because they needed to experience what they are going through in order to grow. Lifetimes are planned, go within and you will know or simply connect the dots by looking behind. All that you lived untill now, brought you there. We don't know why a soul is doing what is doing, or why that being is behaving in that way. We can only know that the ultimate goal in life, in this life specifically, for all of us, is love. If a soul is in the darkness, right now, it's because darkness (lack of light/informations) is what is bringing growth to that aspect of you. We all have been through that. Do not judge then! It simply lowers your vibe and that is not what we need now! Of course you can choose the beings that you resonate with, happiness is your right! If good and evil are the same then what is right and what is wrong? Well, keep in mind that the ultimate thruth is light/love, anything less than this is an illusion. Therefore we can say that is right anything that brings you closer to love, understanding, kindness, joy; what brings the highest good for everyone involved. Trust your heart, that is the secret! You alredy know everything, that is a fact, you just need to remember, that is why you are here, not to learn. There are only choices and consequences. There is no right and wrong, there is what is in alignment with love and what is not and of course hurting someone is not the highest choice you can take. We are caught up in this fascinating self discovery, new dimensions, the coplexity of the functioning of the universe... sometimes we tend to forget that life is simple: it's a choice. A constant choice between love and fear. You are here to be a self-master and a master always takes the highest choice: love!

What if your senses are just beginning to function? And you are now accessing your infinite potential as consciousness into this temple, your body? When that day comes, when you realize that you come from love and you always return to it you will finally find the "lost" peace. That day is now, just align with what you want to bring in your experience and allow it to be. You see, there is no future, there is only now. We can therefore say that the future is now! The past is gone and the future is happening now! It is not tomorrow, next week or next year. You are laying today the bricks to build your home, but the building is already there, only you can't still see it! The home is already finished, it's there! This happens because you are so focused on your physical perception and 3D world that you forget to realize that you can connect to other and higher dimensions where everything happens faster, in a more fluid way. There is no difference between the first brick layed and the home of your dreams, they are both quantum possibilities existing now! Truth is that there is no time! And it is so even in the lower dimensions but it is a fact cloaked by a false perception. Quantistically time is illusion, as well as psychologically. Align today with what you want to experience and reclaim it as yours, because it is so. The most powerful word in the universe is "I AM!" anything that follows is what you get. "I AM" is the command for creation and the great mirror that is the universe, always sends you what you require. When you look at yourself in the mirror what you see is determined by the mirror? No! The mirror reflects! What if everything is determined by what you are projecting out? Your life as well as yourself, on all levels, are just consequences of what you are putting "out there!" This is the meaning of "you are the dream and the dreamer" "you are the observer and the observed" "you are the creator of it all." Your thoughts are really reflecting the life you want to live? Thoughts are energy and energy is creation in motion, your mind is the first and fundamental step, toward creation. Your thoughts are manifesting your reality. There is no tomorrow, there is only here-now! The no time and no space of the fifth dimension, beyond the veil, Maya, the illusion. What you are waiting for, then? Shine! Be who you are! Today we honor the woman, male and female. You don’t need to be a woman to unleash the feminine within you and by the way this is not about labels. Look the yin yang symbol: the light has the dark inside and vice versa. The male has the female inside and vice versa. For too long in our world the divine feminine expression of God, the Goddess, has been suppressed resulting in a cold, cynic, calculator society. Even the masculine energy has been distorted: it’s just a shadow of it’s original brightness, an harsh dominating asshole model. That is why in relationships, most of us, tend to be very controlling. We need to be above the other person, we need to affirm our superiority, to feel that we own him/her. We are frightened because if we set our partner free, if he/she changes we could lose them and we really don’t want to suffer! This is why man have that need to treat woman poorly, if you are not hard you are not a man right? In the same way girls accept passively this, because they see it everywhere in our society, they are led to believe that is normal. This is such a fake role model and we need to change it. Truth is that woman need someone to make them feel safe, cared, protected. An open, honest partner that doesn’t lack of integrity. Man need a muse, an inspiration a catalyst and of course they need to feel loved and protected too. Do not make the mistake to search love outside you. Give yourself the love/approval you seek from others! Just be and shine your light in the world. You can’t find outside what is found inside, you can’t love another if you don’t love yourself first. How can you give what you don’t have (love)? Outside you can only find the perfect being that mirrors back who you are (love). It’s not a matter of filling a void, you just share your completeness. Your cup is now filled and overflowing, so you simply share that! How do you find this completeness? Open up to the feminine! Do not be scared to look deeply into your heart, because that is what the goddess is all about. Be aware of what you feel. She is creative, she is nurturing, she is loving, she is the lighthouse pointing at your real self, she is the muse, she is you! Yes the whole you! She is that part of you that whispers the need to be honest with your feelings, to explore the depth and intensity of them. Be loving, be creative, inspire, create, shine and you will awaken this force within you. Find your inner balance, only when you are fully aware of the complete being that you are here and now, you will find your true love “outside.” Like the dance of the moon and sun, feminine and masculine, melting in a solar eclipse, the universe reminds us the importance of allowing in our hearts this energy. Woman need to find again theyr role and power without feeling guilty for it. You are amazing special beings and we need you. In this way we will find the focus, clarity, protection, movement, typical of the divine masculine. We are here to restore our original self and the only way to do that is to become aware again of our completeness. There are many words in our everyday language, each one with it's own meaning. Some of them are called "good" others "bad". I believe that an important aspect in our ascension and in the twin flame journey is reprogramming our mind. Yes, because all that we know is something that we absorbed by parents, instruction, society, religion etc. including the meaning that each word has. Did you know that the majority of our belief derivate from our childhood? Specifically in the period of 3-6 years old, douring which we act like sponges; we absorbe everything that we are being taught. This means that there are programs that are running in our mind today that are conditioning our life. Maby you are 20,45,33 years old now, it doesen't matter; you are thinking like a 4-5 years old child! Please understand that this is not an insult. What i want to say is that if your dad told you that "money are bad" when you were 4 years old, you are still thinking that today because your father imprinted that in your mind. Same for all the great themes of life like God, love, sex, relationships. It is important to analize periodiaclly what we believe and let go of what is not true for us; when we find resistence it means that there is a program that is blocking the flow of energy, preventing us from thinking and acting as we want. Ask yourself "what do i think about God?" "what do i think about love?."
Regarding power, same story. They told us that it is bad because is something that corrupts, it's dirty and evil. This is the consequence of what we see in our society; yes because those "in power" are always those "above others", those that "control others". Being powerful doesn't mean being aggressive, imposing one's will or controlling others; this is just the distorted mening that we have in our "male" dominant world. Yes because to feel important,we need to be above other beings, and that those same beings recognize and tell us how much we are important. This is just the ego conception of power. When we allow others so give us a value, when we need to feel better than another to be important, we are only giving away what we think we have: power! Yes, because we are only showing our lack of self-esteem, and self worth. No, we don't need to put ourselves on a pedestal, we don't need someone to understand that we are worthy of love. You see, this is just another program that we all have taken from childhood. Our parents taught us that we are bad when they say that we are bad and that we are good when they say that we are good. This has two consequences: first we always need someonelse to feel worthy, we need other people approuval and without it we are nothing. Second we tend to do what others expect from us, what we must, not what we want. Why? Because you are a good child if you do what your dad tells you to do and you are a bad one if you don't! First rule in taking back your power: never allow someone to give you a value! Never allow yourself to become a lable or you will only diminish yourself! You are worthy whoever you are, whatever you have/have not done. Test yourself, show yourself who you are: you are beautiful, intelligent and divine, you don't need other people approuval: give yorself the love/approuval you seek from others! Sit quietly, decide and acknowdlege what is true for you, what you belive in, tell yourself that it has a meaning and a logical sense FOR YOU. Then allow others to be free and think what they want, it's theyr right. At the same time learn to stand up for yourself, for what you know to be true. Never allow fear or other people beliefs to prevent yourself from speaking and living your thruth! Believe me i lived in denial because i was afraid to be ridiculed, don't do that! It's a bad place to live in! Undestand that you are the ONLY creator of your reality: the frequency you are vibrating at is attracting everything in your life: people, situations, circumstance which can be bad or good, depending on how much your frequency is high. The higher the better. Your thoughts, emotions, actions determine your frequency: love is the highest frequency in the universe (the power of love, indeed). When we vibrate high enough we will not experience "bad things" anymore. Why? Because we are no longer creating them! Low vibrating thoughts (judgements) and emotions (envy, fear, hate) have as consequence a low vibrating life. If we truly, truly, truly, allow ourselves to understand this, we will recognize our power: everything depends on us. Therfore why blaming others? Never blame! You are responsable for what is/is not happening in your life! ONLY YOU! When we blame someone we give away our power: it's like if we say "i feel bad because of you". In other words we are saying "you can control how i think/act and how i feel" which is totally an illusion! There is no one in this universe that can control you! You are, as IAM, the highest authority in this universe! You are a free, soverign being and there is nothing and none that can make you do anything WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION! (you have a free will) Blaming, is giving your permission! It's a self-created cage, a thought in our mind! Nothing more than that: change how/what you think and change your reality. We can't control another person, we can only control how we react to that person. And when we don't hold our space and love vibration, when we take things personally and we react form an ego perspective, we give away our power! Someone upsets you? Instead of allowing that person to disturb your inner peace, just say NO. This is hard to do, expecially for empaths but it is vital if we want to keep our boundaries intact. Saing no to what brings you down is saing yes to you. Saing no to the toxic relationships you may have is saying yes to you. Stop to give permission to anyone to acess your energy, just say NO! Don't compare yourself to others! We are all unique, and if we are unique, what is the point of comparing? Compare yourself only to...you! Exactly! Ask yourself "how much did i grow?" "What i have done today to improve myself?" "Did i do something to manifest my dreams?" "Hey look that was me one year ago! Gosh! I am so much better now!" That is what we should do! Let others do theyr thing and let yourself be free. Stop to be so worried about what others say about you: do not build a resistence just let them think what they want, do not take it personally. They are doing what they are doing because of what is going on within theyr reality, within theyr inner word and mind, not because of you. If we all take this steps in our everyday life we will take back our power, the real one. When we take it back we have the energy necessary to do what we came here to do because we can focus only on what really matters. Shift the meaning that this word has for you. To me, power is good. We are the singularity experiencing itself. Billions of years ago you were a big bang! it is not a single, sporadic, event it’s a process that is still happening. this affirmation is a bit deceptive. Everything started from a singularity: a timeless spaceless state of energy. If something it’s timeless we can’t say that it’s before or after anything, we can’t say that the singularity existed before the big bang. It’s timeless! It has no temporal relationships. The universe, the result of the singularity, is the singularity itself! In the beginning everything was one, and it is still so. Yes because the singularity didn’t ceased to exist in that explotion; you are the result of it.
The expansion started as the zero point was becoming aware of itself, of it’s infinite potential, so time and space were created. The space-time is only a construct that gives the illusion that there are separate objects/beings. Everything was and still is one, but to find out the deeper and real meaning of this, you will have to dive deep into yourself. That is why reality is called maya, the illusion. Not because this physical experience doesn’t exist but because it is not all there is and because the truth, the oneness of all things, is hidden, cloaked. The universe, the singularity, God, is becoming aware of itself because of you! You are it! You are the Source looking through the eyes of the vessel you are occupying. Even the outer layer of you, this body, is a magnificent expression. The atoms of it, the materials that are needed to build it, were created in an explosion (sounds familiar?!) millions of years ago. When a star dies and explodes in a supernova, all the elements of the universe are crated, the same bricks that are building your physical expression. We are made of stardust and we came from the stars! The stars are not there to laugh at your smallness but to remind you of your greatness. Whenever you feel small, inadequate, powerless, remember the great being that you are! Touch a tree and connect with the earth that you are, look in the night and stare at your magnificence! See the universe in your eyes, the sun in your heart, a galaxy in your your fingertip. You are the thunder, the light and the fire, the man and the woman, the wave and the ocean.
