The Ascension process is composed by three big energy waves that can propel the consciousness of humanity in a new dimension/space-time/perception (of reality). Specifically we are speaking of the great evolutionary leap from a third dimensional reality, the ego, separation, illusion, to a fifth dimensional reality, Oneness, Love, truth. Ascension means reconnecting back to our real identity because we become conscious again of the Higher Being we are in this body. Our mind and awareness expand and we no longer are confined by our physical vessel; in fact our soul, which is limitless, and is the energy, the frequency that we are, can be expressed freely. We are receivers and transmitters of informations in the form of light sent through the cosmos via the Great Central Sun and through our Sun. Gamma light can change the human DNA and this is a scientifically proven fact. We are mutating at an unprecedented speed into a new species, reconnecting back to our hidden talents and powers. If you can feel energies, and you can, just stare at the Sun during this times and you will feel what I am talking about. Alternatively, in meditation, or during the day, affirm "I AM connected to the energies of wave 3 now." You will literally blow away! The clarity, the openness of your mind and they energy you are going to receive, will sweep away any blockages in your body! What is wave 3? It is the third energetic wave meant to align humanity with a fifth dimensional reality. It occurred this summer solstice 20/6/16. The other two have been already received and integrated respectively this spring equinox 20/04/16 and at our last blood moon eclipse 28/09/15. Now all the beings on Earth are aligned to 5D and is only a matter of time before we all become fully aware of this new perception. Why? Because we are all on an accelerated awakening process, which means we are giving ourselves the permission to see, feel, experiment in our own personal life and reality what all this means. And that is up to us; energetically is already a reality, now is just a matter of bringing it into the physical realm too. Since our body is like a radio that is constantly broadcasting a signal - a frequency and the light you receive from the universe- you are, literally, changing and reconstructing this reality -personal and collective- simply by being alive. As we move on this path, as we integrate more and more gamma light and change our DNA, our memories will activate, both the multidimensional memories and those of our past lives here on Earth. You are being reconnected with the Akashic Records; here is where the party begins! They are the collection of all knowledge, past, present and future of all that is. Since this is already happening, you can begin to understand the complexity of the being that you are and, maybe, you can consider yourself more because you really went through a lot. What's next? The energies will begin to stabilize but will remain on a high peak in the following weeks. Now you have to integrate this huge upgrade you received and find out how deep it went and how much this expanded your consciousness. Rest well and drink a lot of water; if you feel tired or drained, in fact, is because of the amount of light your body is processing. As a result more psychic powers will begin to awaken and also I invite you to become a master of your energy, meaning that since you are gaining the ability to move great amounts of it, you have to master this new capacity. When you are, for example, visualizing a bubble of light around your body, be aware that it is not only an image in your mind, you are literally moving and shaping energy into that particular form. Depending on your energy sensitivity you can, literally, sense and feel a force field around you when you do this exercise. This will keep the energies of others out of your field. The more you believe in your power, the more focus you put in this, the deeper the effect on reality and the easier to detect this with your higher senses. Even your healing ability, your ability to be an open vessel for the universal life force, have been boosted. Your aura, your crown chakra, your third eye are fully functioning now; dedicate yourself to balance your energy and remove the remaining blocks. For this reason is useful to ground so that you can release the excess energy to Gaia. Vivid dreams are also usual during this periods. A knowing in you is awakening; you are certain of the way ahead, you can't doubt anymore because your heart developed the ability to recognize the truth, so don't doubt anymore! Your intuition is also heightened due to the energies of the full moon, which, associated with wave 3 can make us over emotional. I can't stress this enough; it is very important that you are open to the memories that are being activated in you, because it is vital to recognize and use your power, without fear; you need it to be alive 100% and to fulfill your tasks. The dark energy grid that forced this planet into a lower frequency, that forced it's inhabitants into a limited perception of what exists, has been blown away by this three waves and the crystalline light grid is becoming stronger each day! You have come here at this time for a certain purpose: Those creator gods who rearranged the human species are returning. Some of them are already here. This planet has been visited over and over again, and many different forms of human being have been seeded here through a variety of experiments. There have been many influential factors that have created the course of history on Earth. There have been civilizations on this planet that have existed for millions of years that have come and gone and not left a trace. These civilizations, each and every one of them, were influenced by those you may term God. Your history has been influenced by a number of light beings whom you have termed God. In the Bible, many of these beings have been combined to represent one being, when they were not one being at all, but a combination of very powerful, extraterrestrial light-being energies. They were indeed awesome energies from our perspective, and it is easy to understand why they were glorified and worshiped. There is no literature on Earth that gives you a true picture of these beings. All of the gods came here to learn and to enhance their own development through working with creativity, consciousness, and energy. Some became very successful and mastered their own lessons, while some made quite devastating errors. Who were these gods from ancient times? They were beings who were able to move reality and to command the spirits of nature to bend to their will. Humans have traditionally called beings God who could do things that the human race could not do. These beings were passed down through the ancient cultures of may- societies, portrayed as winged creatures and balls of light. The world is permeated with hints, clues, and artifacts of who your gods have been. However, those who wished to manipulate humans made up their own stories to create a paradigm that would control you. You were told that these beings were truly gods, and you were taught to worship, obey, and adore them. This paradigm is now on the verge of making a gigantic shift. The truth is going to come forward, a truth that will completely change the way you view the world. Woe be to those who are unwilling to look. The shock reverberations are going to move around the world. The creator gods who have been ruling this planet have the ability to become physical, though mostly they exist in other dimensions. They keep Earth in a certain vibrational frequency while they create emotional trauma to nourish themselves. There are some beings who honor life before everything else, and there are also beings who do not honor life and do not understand their connection to it. Consciousness feeds consciousness. It is hard for you to understand this concept because you feed yourself with food. The food for some beings is consciousness. All food contains consciousness at some point in its own development, whether you fry it, boil it, or pick it from the garden; you ingest it to keep yourself nourished. Your emotions are food for others. When you are controlled to bring about havoc and frenzy, you are creating a vibrational frequency that supports the existence of these others because that is how they are nourished. There are those who live off the vibration of love, and that group would like to reestablish the food of love on this planet. They would like to turn this universe into the frequency of love so that it can have the opportunity to go out and seed other worlds. When human beings existed in their rightful domain and could understand many realities, they had the ability to be multidimensional, to be one and equal with the gods. You are beginning to awaken this identity within yourself. The gods raided this reality. Just like corporate raiders in your time come in and take over a business because perhaps the pension funds are in great abundance, so the funds upon this planet were in great abundance at the time these raider gods appeared. In order to have you believe they were Gods with a big G, they rearranged you genetically. That is when the Family of Light was scattered from the planet, and the dark team, which operated out of ignorance, came in. Your bodies carry a fear and a memory of striving for the knowledge that those gods represented and took away from you. The gods who did this are magnificent space creatures. They can do many kinds of manipulations and work with realities in many different ways. Humans, in ignorance, began to call these space creatures God with a big G. God with a big G has never visited this planet as an entity. God with a big G is in all things. You have only dealt with gods with a little g who have wanted to be adored and to confuse you, and who have thought of Earth as a principality, a place that they own out in the galactic fringes of this free-will universe. Before the raid, you had tremendous abilities. The original biogenetic example of the human was given incredible information, was interdimensional, and could do many things. When those creator gods raided, they found that the local species knew too much. The local species had abilities that were too much like those who were passing themselves off as God. A biogenetic manipulation was done, and there was much destruction. There were experimental versions of the species brought onto the planet, where the original database was scattered but not destroyed. At one time, your DNA was intact. It was like a beautiful library where the information was all catalogued and referenced and you could find anything you wanted to find instantly. When the biogenetic alteration occurred to unplug the data, it was as if someone hid the reference system and pulled all the books off the shelves and heaped them into a pile on the door so that there was no order to them. This is how your DNA was scattered and scrambled by the raiders a long time ago. We are telling you a story now; there is definitely a story to this. We speak not to your logical mind but to your memory banks, so that you can begin to remember participating in this story. In this way, you will begin to understand what has happened and who you are within this process. All of the genetic information was scattered; it did not have an order, but it was left inside the cells. The only information that remained for you to play with and to keep you functioning was the double helix. Many of the databases along the double helix were shut down, closed, so that you began to function with very little data. You were very easy to manipulate and control by many aspects of consciousness passing themselves off as God with a big G. Certain entities took the existing species, which was indeed a glorious species, and retooled it for their own uses, their own needs. They disrupted the informational frequency inside human beings, changed the DNA, and gave you the double helix so that you could be kept in ignorance. Your frequency of accessibility was simply shut off so that you couldn't turn the dial of your own radio. These creator gods set out to alter the DNA inside the human body, which is the intelligence, the blueprint, the code. If a code does not have a place to operate within, it cannot fire itself into existence or express itself into existence. If you are locked up in a little tiny room and never given any place to grow, you can never express yourself. The last number of thousand years, your code has been forced to fit inside a very limited DNA. One of the most exciting aspects about being on Earth right now is that there is a reordering or a retooling taking place in your DNA. Cosmic rays are coming onto the planet so that a change is being broadcasted and a reordering is taking place inside the body. The scattered data that holds the history and awareness of the Living Library is now lining up. The DNA is evolving. New helixes or strands are being formed as the light- encoded filaments are beginning to bundle themselves together. As members of the Family of Light, you have incarnated on this planet to prepare yourselves to do your work. What is your work? Your work is quite simple: you carry frequency into systems that have limited light frequency, because light is information. This in not cold, computer-data information; it is information that is transmitted biologically through an electromagnetic send-out of consciousness. This is what you are experts in. If you were to have a business card printed up for yourselves when you are in full memory of your identity, it would say something like: "Renegade Member of Family of Light. Systems Buster. Available for altering systems of consciousness within the free-will universe. On call." Many of you may have the feeling that you have done this before. You have. This is your multidimensional memory of when you have gone to other systems and done the same thing. It is a very familiar process because, characteristically, as members of the Family of Light, this is what you do. You inform systems. You go in and reconstruct realities, and you are experts at it. You lost your memory of the process because you came here to operate under the same laws as everyone else. Therefore, you came in as human with your memory completely erased. You knew before you arrived that losing your memory was part of the process, and you specifically picked the moment of time and the parentage that would give you the best connection to energetically and genetically bring about your purpose. When you incarnated into the Earth plane, you received certain matched and paired recessive genes holding light codes that gave you the highest opportunity to develop psychic and intuitive abilities. Also almonds (20grams) have a high protein content. Spirulina and Chlorella. Two algae, two of the most powerful foods on Earth. From the beginning of creation, till this moment, and throughout all your journey in the vast cosmos, in dimensions, space and time, you have expanded and lived. The purpose was always experience, growth at a soul level. That is the reason why you came here at this time because this moment in time, this human Ascension, can provide you the highest coefficient of soul growth, much more than in the higher realms. Before your incarnation, you planned in details what you wanted from this life, especially the opportunities and the challenges. Many things have been chosen already, and that is what we call destiny; it is unavoidable and you know very well in your heart what you are called to do and be. Do not hide or run away from your shining light; show your self in your full bloom. We are removing some deep rooted patterns of slavery from your being; you are so ancient and you carry traumatic experiences from past lives, where your have been enslaved in so many ways, that your God-Self has been forgotten and distorted. We ask, what is the opposite vibration of slavery? Freedom! Is your natural state, so you had to go through your unnatural state to heal yourself completely, even from past lives, so that you could experience again your natural state. It is time to recognize those patterns so that you can understand what are the lessons you came here to remember and the energies you came here to transmute, or you will attract to yourself, over and over, the same situations, beings, circumstances, utill you learn. Reconnect and reconcile with your sexual energy also; they are Source itself, because everything is done out of that very energy. If you look deeply around you, you can clearly recognize this everywhere, in the whole universe. The energy that gives life, that is the power you have. It is a sacred act of union and it must be performed only through beings that resonate with each other, and never between dissonant energies. You can easily understand that the energy of life -sexual energy- is the very thing that has been used to keep you from experiencing life itself! Just look at how distorted is in your everyday life. The figure of woman, has been objectified and her Goddess energy, which is the bridge toward love and the sublime states of being, has been enslaved by a fake harsh dominating ego/male energy, resulting in the enslavement of, both, divine male and female. Many twin flames key holders have, among other tasks, this one; restore and bring back this energy into this world. They will journey in the world and they are placed in the world, to anchor this frequencies in specific focal points of the Earth. For this reason the energy of the Goddess, the feminine energy, has returned to the planet to restore the real, sacred role of sexuality, without any distortion. We can observe the life we are living with, mainly, two different kinds of focus/mind-set. "Everything is being done TO me" and "everything is being done FOR/BY me." If we approach life, if we create, from the first kind of focus, we live the life of the victim. We tend to react because we perceive that everything is happening outside of ourselves, that something, someone, is dong something TO us. Therefore we need to do something, reacting, to fix that thing, that person, that situation in order to keep us from experiencing what we don't want; pain. We are a passive participant of our experience on Earth, we give away our power and we tend to blame others; "this is happening because of him/her/this/that" which, in turn, reinforces the idea that we are victims. In this state we can never live relaxed, in the flow, because we are always in tension, ready to respond to the next threat. As if it is not enough, being victims makes us dependent to the approval and validation of others, which means that we are going to feel bad when that approval is not present, and super awesome when is present. Like a leaf dragged by the wind. Instead we should learn to stand tall, firm and grounded like a tree, ready to speak our truth with confidence. When we switch focus, and we take responsibility for our life, when we let go of the fear of using our own power, something changes. If we truly believe that "everything is being done FOR me" we can approach life in a more lightened way. Worryless. Fearless. We trust the universe, which is always "conspiring" to make our dreams come true, we let go of doubts and we see our challenges under a different light. They are there to teach us something important because we asked for them, they are there FOR us! They make us grow, they bring light-data necessary for the expansion of the Self. Being a conscious creator starts when you realize that you are the only cause of yourself and your life. The only responsible. You are creating everything with your thoughts, your actions, your emotions. You trick yourself, believing that someone has power over you! There can not be such thing, it is against the most basic law of the universe, and we make it real believing in it! So we create something unreal and we live in a nightmare, out of balance and our of the flow! Remember: since we are energy, we are sending constantly a signal in the universe: we are attracting what is a match to that frequency. Are you vibrating at a fear level? You are attracting people, situations, circumstances that will make you feel fearful. If you are vibrating at a self-love vibration... well you got it! You are going to be surrounded by people that loves you, you are going to be free, not in need of the validation of otherse because now you now that you are enough! Therefore we understand that everything is being don BY us! No victimhood! I know, it's hard in this world of duality, with this fake separation we experience, we can easily be tricked, or trick ourselves, that there is someone more powerful/important than you. But, when you remember that everything is being done FOR you, because you asked the best out of this life, even if you may don't know it yet, you can begin to live and trust. Affirmations! They are a great tool to put yourself on the right vibration when you are facing challenges in life or when you are going to start your day. Today let's talk abiut aboundance: I AM living in aboundance now. I do not need to compromize. I choose the best because it is what I ask for. Aboundance is the natural state of my being. I AM now observing an aboundant life, the Universe provides me everything that i need to walk my path with ease. My material and spiritual needs are met now. As you read this you can notice if you feel like you are lying at yourself. Affirmations are tricky; if we don't feel them as true, if we don't speak them with confidence, if we don't really mean what we say, we only obtain the opposite of what we are affirming because our focus is completely absorbed by the absence of what we are affirming. Therefore the affirmation makes us more aware of what we don't have. For example if we say "I am loved" and we don't believe in that, we end up being more aware that there is no one that loves us, because we are convinced of that, and affirming the opposite reinforces our belief. For this reason affirmations are useful to spot blockages we may have. In this case, if you feel resistance when you read this words, it means that you have beliefs of lack that are preventing you from experiencing the flow of the universe. We are so used to live in lack that, in the end, we think it is normal. That we deserve it! No way! Look into nature: billions of animals, billions of plants. Billions of different animal species, plant species. So many colors, forms, smells. Look at a tree when it is fructifying: dozens and dozens of fruits on a single branch! Walk into nature: in a few meters hundreds of different plants, thousands grass blades. If we are in resistance toward abundance, we are not loving ourselves enough to see and accept that it is our birthright, our natural state. It is the state of nature, of the universe and, since you are the universe, you are abundant! Michele Cornacchia
