I am the Archangel Michael that speaks this words onto you today. Much as been happening to your planet lately as more and more of the individual frequency of each soul self are lifted into the next level of evolution. We are well aware of your discomfort, integrating those enegrgies can be challenging expecially for the physical body and for your mental body. All the layers and levels of yuor being are affected douring this time and even if the energy has stabilized itself, it's level remains on a unprecedented peack. When an energetic wave like that of the equinox hits the Earth lifting up so many beings much changes in yourself. Your aura becomes larger and brighter, your body starts to reverse aging and changes to accomodate higher and higher levels of light. Your pineal gland becomes bigger and your third eye opens even more. This means that an increase of your inner and psychic gifts is coming really quick for you. We encourage you to notice this sign of heighted awareness and perceprion in your every day life because the simple fact of being aware helps in strenghtening them. Going within in meditation and connecting to your Higher Self, the real you, is the best way to awaken your greater abilities. You have to rediscover them, you have to reclaim them as yours because they are there to be enjoyed. Also we ask you great responsability because you have to use them for the good of all mankind. They are your birthright. Try to bend togheter the responsability that you have to put into your task with a playful spirit: awakening to your real potencial is always a time of joy and joy is a very high vibration that propels you on your path. It is the fuel, along with love, that allows you to overcome any obstacle. You are now transmuting the last portion of dark tought patterns, beliefes and lables from the darkest part of your psyche and even all that you took from the collective consciousness of humanity. We embrace you, we are proud of you, we applaud you, we are talking about transforming energies that are within you from thousands of years. Yes it took lifetimes to find the real meaning of it all and now that you found it you should consider yourself more. Not by comparing with others but by simply acknowdleging your amzing work! We know that many light workers and starseed, because of theyr differencies and abilities, have been rejected. That is normal, it's part of your experience to overcome every barrier so that you can be free and stand up for yourself. But do not fit in what you have been called or labled with. Consider yourself as a divine being here on a sacred mission, see the beauty in you, the magnificence of who you are. We are asking you to boost your self esteem so that you can finally walk in your thruth, without creating ditorsion and patterns that no longer serve your highest good. Of course you want to vibrate with your tribe but each member have to learn how to produce its own love, how to be it's own foundation so that they can all share equally. Pulling/stealing/manipulating energy at the expense of someone is not the way of the 5D being; that must end. That is why we are encouraging you to rediscover your gifts, it's funny and you will beilieve in yourself more. Dear one, if you dont belive in yourself, no one will, you will not tust anyone. If you don't find your faith, allowing it to guide you each step of the way, especially when you can't jet see what's next, you will never find the courage to be free, to express your self fully as the God being that you are. I was at the alien cosmic expo 2016 June 24-26. June 24 all experiencers had the opportunity to tell their stories. I told mine and i tole the audience to go outside tonight and witness hovering UFOs. That night outside this best western hotel in the courtyard was fill with all the Ufo conference guests. I pointed out the hovering UFOs and i looked at the guests and i ask them while they stare back at me with a serious look in their eyes. Did you just witness hovering UFOs that i mention earlier that follow me around the world. They all said yes. I found a person at this alien cosmic expo 2016 that was selling pharaoh cylinders and pharaoh postures. i bought them and i also bought from him his book about his travels around the world of meeting all kinds of healers. The book is call the Forbidden Knowledge. I did a CE-5 last Saturday which was the nearest Saturday of the new moon. A Kosta Madreas started about five years ago establishing the ETletsTalk CE-5 groups around the world. So i join it and i did my CE-5 this past Saturday at the cleopatra needle obelisk in New York City. I face the north side of this obelisk and i did the pharaoh postures while holding the pharaohs cylinders in my hands. i was playing integratron music. after i finish doing these exercises i went and sat down on the park bench facing west with obelisk in front of me. Just southwest was a starship shining its bright lights while the sun was almost setting into the horizon. A Nick Curto and his disclosure group witness that UfO all year round in that same position in the sky. Nick Curto web site DNNY.info and you hit the square button on the upper left hand corner. When i look up at that UFO i saw a condor fly from north to south over this obelisk without that bird even flapping its wings not even once. It turn ninety degrees and went toward that starship. I couldn't see that bird fly beyond that starship because of too much cloudiness was just west of that starship.Yesterday Tuesday, July 5th after i did the pharaoh postures i left my apartment and while i was walking passing by my apartment buildings a very large bird at a very low elevation just flew almost over my head with a loud chirp that sounded like saying hawk. I just look at this bird from behind it and couldn't tell what kind of bird it was. I live within this scatter six seven stories high tenement buildings for thirty years and never experience of seeing such a big bird ever before.
